一 | शुजाउद्दीन, पूर्वी दिल्ली। पंजाब के गैंगस्टर यमुनापार में अपनी बादशाहत कायम करने में लगे हुए हैं। पिछले आठ माह में पंजाब के गैंगस्टरों ने चार बड़ी वारदात को अंजाम दिया है। बताया गया कि दो वारदात ऐसी भी है जब पुलिस ने केस दर्ज किया, उसके चंद दिनों बाद बदमाशों ने पंजाब से यमुनापार आकर पीड़ितों के घर के पास गाेलियां चला दी। भले ही उन बदमाशों को दिल्ली पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। लेकिन पंजाब के बदमाशों ने निगाहें यमुनापार पर गड़ा रखी हैं।,वहीं, वारदात के बाद बदमाशों का दुबई के सट्टेबाजों से कनेक्शन सामने आ जाता है। लेकिन वह कनेक्शन पुलिस के पेपर पर नहीं आ पाता है। वारदात करने वाले बदमाशों तक ही मामला सिमट कर रह जाता है। पुलिस सूत्रों ने बताया कि यमुनापार के बुकी दुबई में बैठकर एप के जरिये भारत में सट्टा आपरेट कर रहे हैं। यह सट्टा आपरेटर यमुनापार में अपने क्षेत्र के प्रमुख लोगों को भांप लेते हैं। पंजाब के कुख्यात बदमाशों ने भी अपना ठिकाना दुबई के साथ ही अन्य देश में बनाया हुआ है।,यमुनापार में जिन लोगों के साथ पंजाब के बदमाशों ने पिछले आठ माह में वारदात की है, वह कहीं न कहीं चोरी छिपे आनलाइन सट्टे से भी जुड़े हुए थे। इसलिए वह पंजाब के बदमाशों के निशाने पर आए। बता दें कि वारदात के बाद पुलिस पंजाब के बदमाशों को पकड़ तो रही है, लेकिन उस चेन को नहीं ताेड़ पा रही है जिनके जरिये बदमाश खुलेआम वारदात को अंजाम दे रहे हैं। पंजाब के बदमाशों ने मंडावली, कल्याणपुरी, आनंद विहार व जगतपुरी थाना क्षेत्र में अंजाम दी है। भुल्लर समेत कई गिरोह यहां आकर वारदात कर रहे हैं।,
थाने में केस होने के बाद पंजाब से आकर की थी फायरिंग

मार्च 2025 में जगतपुरी थाने के एक बड़े बुकी से पंजाब के गैंगस्टरों ने चार करोड़ रुपये की रंगदारी मांगी थी। रंगदारी की रकम न देने पर बदमाशों ने पहले उसकी कार पर गोलियां चलाई। जगतपुरी थाना ने रंगदारी का केस दर्ज किया। जब यह बात गैंगस्टरों को पता चली तो उन्होंने पंजाब से आकर अप्रैल में बुकी के घर पर गोलियां चलाई थी। जगतपुरी थाना ने फिर से केस दर्ज किया। मामला क्राइम ब्रांच को सौंप दिया गया था।,आनंद विहार इलाके में रहने वाले मेडिकल उपकरण बनाने वाले एक कारोबारी से पंजाब के गैंगस्टर ने पांच करोड़ रुपये की रंगदारी मार्च 2025 में मांगी थी। आनंद विहार थाना पुलिस ने रंगदारी का केस दर्ज किया। इसके चंद दिनों के बाद पंजाब के बदमाशों ने कारोबारी के घर के बाहर आकर गोलियां चलाई थीं। यह दोनों वारदात जयपाल भुल्लर गिरोह ने अंजाम दी थी।,

In a heartfelt post sharing her thoughts and images, the actor spoke openly for the first time about her long road to recovery and her return to work after nearly two years.
Richa revealed that though she had hoped to resume work earlier, her body and mind simply weren’t ready. The transition into motherhood brought with it a long, often overwhelming period of mental adjustment. She wrote about the disorienting feeling of losing a sense of who she was before childbirth, and the immense support required for a new mother to rediscover her footing. “Mommy doesn’t remember who she was before the baby was born,” she admitted, acknowledging that the mental recovery took far longer than she ever expected.
But her note extended leaps and bounds beyond personal transformation. Richa also shed light on painful professional experiences she endured during one of the most vulnerable phases of her life. Along those lines, she spoke up about betrayal and a glaring lack of ethics in parts of the industry. She described encountering individuals driven by insecurity and scarcity, whose behaviour drained joy and trust. While she emphasised forgiveness, she made it clear she would not forget the cruelty she witnessed.

The actor then turned her gaze toward social media culture, critiquing the constant demand placed on public figures, especially new mothers, to share content, commodify their vulnerability, or mould their struggles into neatly packaged narratives. Richa expressed a longing for the simplicity of early social media. A time when platforms were not designed around branding, virality, or monetised pain. She questioned why conversations about mental health or postpartum issues must be tied to performative displays or commercial intent.
